Acceptance criteria

When I hover my mouse over the activity panel, it pauses
There is a visual indicator that it is paused
When I mouse out of the activity panel, all events that happened when paused show up, and new events continue to stream in

This was shipping in an earlier version. It now pauses the "Listings" section when you hover over it.
